Wild Dose review: Does it really work? (2024)

Bloated bellies and tight trousers are a thing of the past thanks to these awesome anti-bloating supplements from Wild Dose. I tested them out over the course of a few months, so read my Wild Dose review to find out my thoughts on this product.

Two packets of Wild Dose bloating supplements sat on the frosty grass as part of my Wild Dose review

This is my thorough and honest review of Wild Dose’s A Dose For Bloating supplement.

Do you bloat a lot after eating or drinking? Or even as soon as you wake up in the morning? I can go from having a flat stomach to looking 9 months pregnant in a matter of minutes. It can even feel like there is some sort of monster inside my belly trying its best to claw itself out through my skin.

Well, we aren’t on our own. There are so many of us suffering from regular bloating that there are now companies out there making supplements to help with this very issue. One supplement company, in particular, is getting a lot of attention, Wild Dose.

In order to write a thorough and honest Wild Dose review, I took their anti-bloating supplement every day for a couple of months. I also took them whenever I felt myself beginning to bloat so that I could test out the short-term benefits. I will go through my own experiences below, laying out the positives that I experienced from taking these, as well as discussing any areas of improvement.

Wild Dose review summary

These natural supplements are not only affordable but they also work! I benefitted from fast bloating relief with these. If it weren’t for the plastic blister packets that are used for the 20-capsule option then I would happily give Wild Dose a whopping 5 out of 5 stars.

Brand: Wild Dose

My rating: 4.6/5

What is Wild Dose?

Wild Dose is an anti-bloating pill made from a mix of digestive enzymes, plant extracts and probiotics. It is designed to reduce bloating in just 45 minutes, but it can also be taken for long-term gut support. You can take the capsules either before/after eating or on a regular basis as part of your daily routine.

While it is important to obtain probiotics from natural plant-based food sources, such as saeurkraut, kimchi, and kombucha, supplementing with a high-quality probiotic supplement like Wild Dose can be a convenient way to support digestive health.

The positives

They reduce bloating & digestive issues

What I found most impressive about Wild Dose’s supplements is how quickly they worked for me. Within just 30-40 minutes of taking the pills, I noticed a significant reduction in bloating and gas. This fast-acting relief is due to their unique and potent blend of enzymes and probiotics, which work together to create a healthy environment in my gut.

In addition to reducing my bloating, after a few weeks of taking these consistently, I also experienced improvements in other digestive issues that I suffer from. For example, I found relief from GERD, abdominal pain, water retention and stomach spasms. By improving the overall health of my gut, Wild Dose’s supplements had a positive impact on a range of digestive issues.

This has also had a knock-on effect on other aspects of my life. For years, my digestive issues had a significant impact on my mental health and my ability to enjoy social situations. I would often feel anxious about going out to eat or being in public spaces, as I was worried about having a noisy stomach or experiencing uncomfortable bloating. However, since I started taking Wild Dose’s supplements and noticed significant improvements in my digestive health, I’ve become much more comfortable in these situations.

Of course, it’s important to remember that everyone’s experience with Wild Dose’s supplements may be different, and results may vary. However, I have found that by taking these supplements consistently over time, I have seen significant improvements in my digestive health.

Made using natural plant-based ingredients

One of the most appealing aspects of Wild Dose’s anti-bloating supplements is that they are made using natural plant-based ingredients. Unlike many other digestive supplements on the market that contain synthetic chemicals and fillers, Wild Dose’s supplements are crafted using only natural ingredients that are gentle on the body.

The primary ingredients in these supplements are probiotics and prebiotics derived from plant sources such as chicory root and Jerusalem artichoke.

While it’s true that natural supplements may not have the same potency as synthetic ones, the natural ingredients used in Wild Dose’s anti-bloating supplements have been specifically chosen for their efficacy in improving gut health.

The plant-based probiotics and prebiotics used in these supplements are backed by scientific research and have been shown to effectively reduce bloating and improve digestive function. Plus, because these supplements are made using natural ingredients, they are generally better tolerated by the body and may have fewer side effects than synthetic alternatives.

By using plant-based ingredients, Wild Dose’s supplements are not only better for your body, but they are also more environmentally friendly. This is particularly important for those of us who care about sustainability and minimising our impact on the planet.

The most affordable bloating solutions

Wild Dose’s anti-bloating supplements are not only effective and made with natural ingredients, but they are also one of the most affordable bloating solutions on the market. In comparison to other probiotic supplements, Wild Dose’s supplements cost almost half the price per month.

While Symprove may be a popular option for some (read my full Symprove review to find out more), its high price point can make it inaccessible to many people. In contrast, Wild Dose’s supplements offer an affordable option for those seeking relief from bloating and other digestive issues.

Despite the lower price point, Wild Dose’s supplements are not lacking in quality. The natural plant-based ingredients used in these supplements have been carefully selected for their efficacy in promoting a healthy gut microbiome and reducing bloating.

Overall, the affordability of Wild Dose’s anti-bloating supplements makes them an attractive option for those looking for an effective, natural solution to their digestive issues. With Wild Dose’s supplements, you can enjoy the benefits of a healthier gut without breaking the bank.

The cons

There were some drawbacks to Wild Dose, let me share them with you.

Plastic packaging is used

While Wild Dose’s anti-bloating supplements offer an effective, natural solution to digestive issues, it’s important to note that the packaging is not as environmentally friendly as some other options on the market. The supplements are packaged in small plastic blister packets, which can be difficult to recycle and contribute to plastic waste. Although, if you have a Superdrug nearby you can recycle them there!

You can purchase a larger supply in a glass jar but this also comes with a plastic lid.

In contrast, some other companies in the health and wellness industry have begun to offer more eco-friendly packaging options, such as compostable or recyclable materials. For example, some brands now offer supplements packaged in paper-based pouches (like Ethical Nutrition), which are more easily recycled or composted.

However, it’s worth noting that Wild Dose is actively working on developing a more sustainable and eco-friendly packaging option for their supplements. They have stated their commitment to minimising their impact on the environment, and are currently exploring options for biodegradable packaging materials.

While the current packaging may not be ideal from an environmental perspective, it’s important to consider the overall impact of the product. By choosing Wild Dose’s supplements, you are supporting a brand that prioritises natural, plant-based ingredients and is actively working towards more sustainable packaging options.

My Verdict

I am always pretty sceptical of powdered probiotic pills. I have taken many different ones and have only ever been let down by them. This is why I was pretty certain that the probiotics from Wild Dose would be just another product to add to the list.

But after 30 minutes or so of taking my first Wild Dose pill I was proven completely wrong. I have never known my bloating to go down so quickly. I went from looking 9 months pregnant to having a nearly flat stomach in just under one hour. I would call it magic, but I guess it’s just really good sophisticated science!

Kudos, Wild Dose.

So, I put my trust in these supplements and continued taking them for a few months. The initial effects never wore off and I saw significant improvements in my bloating, even after eating my trigger foods.

I know I am not alone, many others have enjoyed being bloat-free after eating. Just take a look at their reviews on both their website and social media!

I was really happy to be proven wrong because Wild Dose is a fully plant-based supplement made using natural ingredients that is also really quite affordable! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who regularly bloats and retains a lot of water throughout the day.
