One of my most used ingredients, firm tofu really is a must for vegans. It is a really nutritious ingredient that is packed full of protein. It is often thought that firm tofu is plain and boring but I can only see that as a good thing since you can add whatever flavour you want to it. This makes firm tofu a really versatile ingredient.
