Buckwheat food articles

Despite its name, buckwheat is not actually a wheat but instead a seed that comes from a flowering plant. It can however be used in place of wheat flours to create gluten-free vegan bakes. You can also use the whole seeds as a substitute for grains. It has a lovely nutty flavour and it is a really nutritious ingredient that is full of protein and fibre.
