Ackee food articles

Ackee is an ingredient native to West Africa and is best known as a main component of the traditional salt fish and ackee dish. It more recently had a bit of a glow up after being discovered by vegans as being a great scrambled egg alternative. It is actually a fruit, but does indeed have the texture of scrambled egg and tastes very neutral.
