They are renowned for their beautiful sourdough loaves and baked goods. So I have thoroughly enjoyed learning how to up my sourdough game, from the very best!

This particular cookbook, East, is one of my Vegan Mum‘s favourites. It features a range of different recipes, including dhal, ramen and nasi goreng, each of which would be a delightful addition to any dinner party
It includes a mix of vegan and vegetarian recipes, but I find most of the vegetarian recipes are easy to veganise. For example, you can use tofu instead of paneer in her Roasted Paneer Aloo Gobi dish.
